I'm a health, identity, and strength coach for high-achieving Indian women — the ones who manage a career, a household, a full cultural calendar, and quietly wonder why their own body feels like the one thing they can't seem to manage.

I started Sweat It Out because I watched too many brilliant, capable women blame themselves for systems that were never designed for their lives, their stress loads, or their food. The problem was never their discipline. It was the absence of a framework that understood chronic stress, hormones, culture, and a real Indian kitchen all at once.
